Read a news story about how MJ had over 100 surgeries because of his dislike of his own appearance, they made a computer generated face of what he might look like if alive today WITHOUT any of his surgeries.
I am sure we can do better here at PSG, make him look natural but old use a face of him before he was 16 as h had a nose job around that time.

I imagine Michael would look a little like his brother Tito today.
This is a mixture of Michael at 16 (mainly eyes, nose, mouth), and the features of Tito, and some wrinkles of his father.
