Make a wifreframe from existin layered psd?

Hi all

Does anyone know how i could possibly make a wireframe view of a psd that has already been created. I have a website design, all individually layered, what i need to do is get a white background and a black line stroke rounch each element, is there a quick way or view for doing this does anyone know ?

if each element of your website is on seprate layers then its easy just hold Ctrl then click on the thumbnail of the layer you want to get the "wire frame" it will select the outline of that layer for you then you can just write click on it while you have the Marquee tool selected and click on stroke then you can stroke it that way
