Specific Make a Scan look less like a scan

Hey there.
Recently I had the opportunity to sing in front of a big audience and there is going to be a video of it. The guy who created the graphic lost all of his files including the graphic so we only have a scan of a flyer.

Can anyone make it more HQ rather than looking like a scan.

If you are able to remove the snow, that would be awesome too. And if you can make a vector out of the house, that would be incredible.
but the most important thing is to make it look less like a scan.

I took out most of the scan noise, sharpened and brightened up. I did not do any of the other modifications yet might be a starting point for you.
Hope it helps some and other forum members may have time to do more
