Make a Nirvana Nevermind Album cover from an underwater baby photo

Newb, first time question

Would it be possible to photshop a picture of my baby swimming underwater to look like the Nirvana Nevermind album cover?

It would require adding the floating dollar note on a hook in the foreground over the baby's arm and ideally I would want the text 'Nirvana Nevermind' replacing with her name. I'd like to get it as close to the original as possible.

The aim is to get it printed and have it on the wall if the quality is good enough

The original photo is 3648x2736 2.15MB if that means anything

depends on how close your photo is to the album one, think about angle and bubbles etc.
 
funnily enough ive thought about doing the same thing a few weeks ago , shouldnt be too hard , post the baby pic and lets see what we can do , do you have a budget?
 
Here is just the font that I played around with. The nirvana font is out there. The other seems to be a guess. I made this with an existing font. It may well be that a liquify filter was added to an undistinguished font to get the rest of the waviness. I think it could be emulated, but it depends on how much work you want and what you and the freelancer agree upon for budget.

Of course, since you are chnging it to the baby's name, I presume that would give us a lot of latitude to play with the letters.

What is her name if you don't mind saying?
