Printing on a large banner = very large image size. Unless you convert it to vector there's really now way to not have it get pixelated.

The good thing is that usually a large printed banner will be viewed from some distance away, so it might not look as bad as you think.

If it's a relatively simple logo I would first try converting it to vector. You can do this by tracing the image in Adobe Illustrator with vector tools.
