magazine cover layout

Hi, I am building a site in Joomla! I want the front page to have a different template than the rest of the site. It should look exactly like the front page of an actual high end, glossy magazine, in it's texture, paper colour, gloss etc. I've seen lots of graphics for crumbly, parchment like or antiqued, grungy paper etc. That's not what I'm looking for. It doesn't have to be 'overdone', just be white, or off white, have a slight ripple in it, and very slightly darker around the edges of the cover, also have a slight gloss to it. There will be a big title at the top, with the magazine name, a capitalized five letter word with an exclamation mark at the end. The title is an agagram and it would be good if it's appearance conveyed action somehow, as the magazine is meant to work for positive change. It should be bold, clean and crisp, yet have a 'style'. If this makes sense to anyone, I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Just like some help designing- with Photoshop, or Illustrator (whatever is best) a large graphic that looks just like a magazine cover, a blank magazine cover (as I would add my own graphic, title block etc.) I want the cover to have the texture/look/gloss etc of a real cover, howeve I would do that. thanks.
