Specific Low Definition to High Definition

Hi! As stated in the title. I have this design which is a very low definition and need to convert it to high definition. Can you help me out? Should 100% match from Shapes, color to fonts. Thank you!

I had a quick go at converting it anyway. As you can see it's not the best result. Maybe someone will come along and clean it up but I don't have the time at the moment. You may wish to consider posting this as a paid request if you need it re-created with attention to detail.
