Ok I'll come clean, my biggest lottery win was £2.60 but being able to grab Photoshop via the CC offer this week makes me feel wealthy. (I couldn't afford the old Photoshop)
I've been bumbling along with Lightroom for a couple of years, never really learning how to drive it properly but I get by. Now that I have Photoshop to compliment it, it's time to learn how to use these wonderful tools.
I'm mainly hoping to learn things like layers and blending tricks at first, then we'll see how near capacity my brain is.
I'll spend a lot of time reading the forums first, before I start bothering folk with silly questions that you've all read 1000 times before. :redface:

Welcome to the forum Sonicscot. Lots of good people here. And if you really want to learn and improve your skills there are no "silly questions". Just ask, we are here to help.

Agreed. Don't wait to ask questions. Try searching the forum, but believe me, I know that can be frustrating no matter how you vary the terms. Look through the stickies on all the forums you want to use and get what information you can there. Don't hesitate to ask for technical help or display your own work for C&C.
