Ok this is a scene from the lambs film, the font is a standard tattoo old school font, kind of goes with the theme i thought.

ooooooh, that´s cool paul, that guy is so creepy. I think though if I remember it right he says "IT rubs the lotion on IT´S skin", the thing about him not seeing her as a person.
