Specific Looking to have the red markings removed

Here is my approach. I first amplfied the image to locate the sources of all of the red. Very interesting to see what was hiding in the image:



The using a Hue Adjustment Layer with a Layer Style added of a white color overlay with a blend of Color (to just extract the luminosity) and adjusted the Hue and Sat to neutralize out the luminosity component of the red.

One is still left with details blurred under many of the lettering. That could be made better with content aware fill yet did not take it that far for this pass of work.
