Hi there all. Can I just start by saying Ps looks so hard to get into, but with a bit of time and perseverance, I'm sure I could master it.

Ok, I'm looking for someone with a bit of free time to help me come up with a logo for my new business. It's in the field of car detailing/valeting and the logo would be "reflective desire". I have been meddling with a nice font for the word "reflective" and then possibly a reflection on the word desire. Anything would be an improvement from what I can come up with and it would be a real help for me too.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and any help would be gratefully received.

Regards,

Alex.

Not getting to grips with this at all, when I try to outline it using the polygonal lasso tool, not sure how to save it or how to break off and then pick it back up after the "Ref" bit.

If I show you guys a pic of the image im trying to use, it might be a bit easier for someone to help out.

Ideally i'm wanting some nice colour and effects putting in and changing into a format which can be placed onto a website.business logo 2.jpg

Alex,

Look up "relfect text" tutorials for Photoshop and find one you like.

I recommend creating text that looks like shiny metal, like the panels of a car, and finding a cool font that you like. Have DESIRE in white or silver on a dark black background, with the reflection below it.

You can either try that, or have the word REFLECTIVE be the reflected word.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi there Moeller and thanks for the reply.

ive tried to add a picture of the drawing I've got with the sketch on it, but it says a moderator has to authorise it before it shows up on here. Hopefully then people can see what I'm dealing with. I will in the meantime take a look at the "reflect text" tutorial for photoshop.
