Looking for people experienced with Adobe Photoshop CS6 ($$)

I Realize this is the wrong section but I need more people to see it than the 3 viewing freelancing/fee

Self explanatory title, nothing too serious or advanced..
Need a couple projects completed.

-Techniques including Digital Composites, Collages, using separate layers to
create different effects via filters, painting, cloning, blending modes and adjustment
layers with masks.
-Also if talented in painting via photoshop; ability to make a short video or animation with a combination of imovie and Photoshop; create an artist book or magazine.
