Hello, I'm not sure if this is where this thread belongs, but it didn't seem to fit anywhere else.

I'm looking for reflections to put on eyes I've made so they look more realistic. But I'm looking for windows/things with high contrast light because often times when I overlay a picture onto my eyes it gets lost/ the light source isn't stark enough, muddy, or doesn't look crisp.

I have examples of what I'm wanting to do, but I'm not sure what to google in order to find these type of images. I've tried high contrast, windows, high definition etc, but I'm not turning up what I want.

If someone could point me in the right direction of what I should be searching for I'd appreciate it.

Hello and welcome.

Any window (or any object) photo will do.

Just open a window photo on top of your eye layer.
Size it down or up.

Lower the opacity.

Set the Blending Mode to "Lighten" or "Screen".

Use Free Transform set to "warp" to match the curvature of the eye.

Done. You can adjust the intensity with the opacity or with a Levels Adj Layer if needed.

If it's just bright enough and the walls are showing, just use a layer mask to blend them out.
