some sort of hdr im guessing? very nice. strong effect ( little to strong for my taste ) but without any ghosting so very nice
consider working a little bit more on your composition skills. make sure that you don't cut part on the object next time like on 1st photo. 4 shows that you understand the rule of thirds so that why i don't understand composition on photo 3 ( unless it's intentional but in that case i don't get it) 2 is skewed a little to the right i i will probably be little better for the eye if it wasn't .
