I presume you realize that to do what you asked without distorting the images, you either have to crop the originals, or add white space along an edge or two. If two photos have different starting aspect ratios, different amounts of material will have to be either cropped or blank material added.

Also, if you simply Google {"change aspect ratio" photoshop tutorial} you get 350,000 hits, most of which look quite relevant. Have you done this?
