Looking for a retoucher

Here is my QUESTION? Ive attached two photos one is the original and one is an edit someone did for me. How can i achieve a similar look? I have 6 photos that I need retouched like this one. The guy that did the edit for me did it in about 10 minutes so im guessing he just upped the stauration. What do you think he didi???? How can i achieve a similar effect

the technique is called "cross processing" ,you could apply it in seconds using an "action script" and you might do it with this one :

If I was doing it without actions what would I have to do> I figure that the red has been increased, the highlights darkeened and the whole picture sharpened
