Specific Logo USA flag edit

Can someone please make the writing in logo be USA flag print and keep the background transparent? Been trying to daysss but it gets patchy. Thank you

Thats actually really good dang near perfect. Is there any way you can please just slide the blue down to cover the top left quarter of the logo. Thank you so much!

You're welcome, and it's very easy to adjust the flag location if we communicate well what you want.
I am showing you a screenshot of the PNG with transparency, with the vertical line divided in a natural place by my eye (which is slightly right of the center of the image) and the horizontal line showing 1/2 way down the paper.

What I did was stretch the underlying flag to the right so the blue star field would reach over to the vertical line. I did not change the location on the lower side of the blue star field. I also stretch the blue field so the stars were not so scrunched together, making them not so skinny.

Let me know where you want it, and I will make it happen. I am also attaching the PNG file as well.
