First, it looks like made as a vector, so if you take it to Illustrator, it has a very good 3D effect in the
Filter menu.
Of course, you requested in Photoshop, so I will not ignore that.
A simple technique, if you would like a better one and more advanced one, feel free to contact me.
First, do not use the image you posted, because it has a white background, instead of transparency.
Go to the effects of the image.
Use Inner shadow with these attributes:
Blend Mode: Normal (White)
Opacity: 28%
Angle: 130
Use Global Light: Yes
Distance: 2
Choke: 0
Size: 0
Press OK, to get out of the effects dialog thingy.
Hold Alt on your keyboard, and press the 'down-arrow' + 'right-arrow' key (or the oppesite of those). do this couple of times to get a
3D effect.
Now, when you have enough depth, duplicate one more time, Press Ctrl + U, and move the lowest trackbar to the right edge, so the that layer will be COMPLETELY white! take the opacity down a bit, around 17%.
Now, duplicate that layer using Ctrl + J, move it with the arrow keys, down + right a couple of time until you get this glass-shine effect thingy.
Now, shade it a bit for your liking by using mask on the latest layer.
I'd love to help you and provide you with a result, but I can't, because of the background problem I mentioned above.
