Hello,

I am having an awful time trying to load the color swatches for Sherwin Williams and Ben Moore.

There is nothing I can find on Adobe help.

How and where would I find the location these color swatches should be copied to?

thanks, ken

Go to >Window in top bar menue>Swatches> load Swatches> follow PS lead real easy

The colors need to be in an .act file to load them into PS. If they are do as iDad says and click the menu button on the color swatch palette, then click Load Swatches, locate and select the .act swatch file.

On the same subject, you can make a color table from any image. First convert it to Indexed Color (Mode-Indexed Color) note the settings, then click Mode Color Table, and save it to Presets Color Swatches.

The Sherwin Williams file is a .ase file, there is also an .aco file for older PS versions.
The Benjamin Moore file is an .aco file
That is probably why the load button did not do anything.
I thought of pasting the file in the proper directory, but don't know where that is or how to find it.
