Loading an image problem

I just got the CS4 trial from the adobe website, and I went to upload a photo, then it came out like this:

How can I fix it so I can see the image properly?

Just the one original layer

I suggest another picture, if that's not loading properply, try others, that is very strange, file may be corrupt.

It's doing it with all the pictures that I load,

Oh, & if I zoom in at all on the picture, it looks fine, and it saves fine
It's just that when I have it on 100%, it looks messed up

try Deleting the preferences file that has cured lots. for many others.Don't worry the default will stay.
