Little image.. Help!

So, I'm trying increase the size of these logo:

but I can't, because it is too small and it doesn't look good if I increase it. I couldn't find any other bigger image, that's the biggest logo I could get! Could somebody give me an advice? I really can't get the image better; I have been trying to do it with photoshop but the borders still look a little bit bad . I've also been searching for the Font but didn't succed.
I need help please!

Thanks! The image in the link is too small, and if I increase its size on photoshop it looks pixelated. Since the imge is actually Words, I was wondering if there is something I could do so it doesn't look pixelated when I increase the size.

just create the size you need and then add the text
