hi guys/gurus,

I did a little drawing/sketch for a tattoo, just need some help on how I can do this on photoshop or any good software I can study and use for this... or if you could do it for me i'll greatly appreciate it (just teach me how :D), just want to get this inked on me by this week..

I do use corel before but I'm finding it too complicated to do this in there... :D

If you want that as a tattoo just take it to a reputable tattooist and they will advise you on placement/size and clean up your concept for you, no need to turn up with what you want exactly just the idea or a close representation will be enough for any good tattooist to evolve the idea from.

Using a tablet can give you some fun, also there are tools within illustrator for making those type of floral patterns.
You could also use the pen tool to some extent, creating custom shapes to your hearts desire.

Also take a look at some tattoo sites for further ideas - http://tattoos-and-art.com/flower-tattoos

To second what Paul said, there's no need to to anything else to the drawing. I can pretty much guarantee you that any artist worth getting a tattoo from is going to redraw it anyway.

thanks for the suggestion paul, downloading trial version of illustrator, and I love that link you gave...
just thinking of doing my designs on the computer.. you got any link on any tutorials for illustrator (i'm actually interested in this application, and I absolutely have 0 knowledge on it), just to get me started...
sorry for the bother...

I cleaned it up and the made a vector from it, no real need just like to play in the shop.
