Looking for someone to tell me how to create the liquid distortion/glitch effect in this photo on photoshop, I'm stuck and I don't know what tools I could use!

Hey, thanks for the suggestion! I've actually watched most of those videos and still don't really have an idea of how I could achieve that effect...any specific tips?

The tutorials should be adequate in explaining the effect.............I'm not sure what problem your having.

Do you have any other examples of this, "liquid glitch" that you can provide. I apologize, but I'm not understanding the difference between a glitch effect and what your calling a liquid glitch effect.

The effect in your example was created by a guy named Adam Ferriss. He even shows the original with some early stereoscopic effects added. I could not find any reference where he referred to his added effect as "Liquid".

Sorry for the confusion, I just called it liquid glitch because that's the impression I got from looking at it...there are so many different distortion tools on photoshop but even from watching those videos, I can't seem to work out how to make my image look similar!
