Linking Multiple Jpegs WITHOUT THE INTERNET

I want to link multiple Jpegs for example have a blueprint of a home and click on the kitchen or living room and see a pic of the living room. But with out the WEB! any help? any know software or codes? Thanks

Yes somewhat haha...can I use that?

Yes I don't see why not, can use it as a stand alone. Set the pop-up image to appear on a mouse event be it on hover or click etc.

or you can use photoshop to create slices and html pages and later link them in dreamweaver.
