Line tool arrow properties.

In old version of Photoshop you could specify arrow properties with percent and arrow drawn at the end of the line was same regardless of thickness of the line you select either 5px or 25px, in new version of photoshop you have to specify arrow width with pixels and have to change arrow properties every time you change the thickness of line. is there way to have it old way?

Apparently this is a problem on the most two recent version of Photoshop on Macs only and not yet fixed last I have read.

Since the line tool builds the line/arrow completely differently, there will be no fix for it either.

This statement that they wanted to find a solution came exclusively from Adobe forum staff and not from Adobe programmers.

The original function was initially still available via script (which would have given Adobe the opportunity to add a legacy function) - then things got even worse with another update and the original function was removed. So there will be no fix for it either.

If you need the old function, then you have to use an old PS version or program a plugin or script that enables this function.
