Line Spacing/Line Break

For some reason today when I go to work with any text and hit return the cursor only drops slightly and I have to hit it maybe 4 or 5 times to take it below the previous line of text. Now I dont remember changing any settings but you never know - voyage of discovery etc.......

Can anyone solve this problem for me - eternal gratitude will ensue !! Desperate as its for advertising for a gig this weekend !!

Go to window on the mainbar and check character. The fourth adjustment box will allow you to change the line break spacing.
