Line Pattern like this..

I've tried 2 create a pattern similar. But the edges are jagged. And I can't find a tutorial on this(even though i swear that I saw one on this before)

Two ways to do this
quick and easy way
New Group; Make Rectangle Selection; Apply Layer Mask[b/] to Group;Custom Shapes> Tiles; depending on your settings click and and drag in the group and free transform until u like it!

2nd way
Everything the same until custom shapes; New layer inside group fill with white; Filter >Sketch>Halftone Pattern; Pattern Type> Line; Pick a size then Apply Filter; Rotate whatever you think is best[Holding shift moves it every 15 degrees] Apply Transform; Select>Color Range [Shadows] Delete
