Intresting.
I'm trying to guess how it's done. I thinking about oen layer with one type of lines and other with other. Image itself "stenciled".
What i don't see how "empty" places done. Obvious would be eraser but then lines wouldn't be with little texture. Used mask with skin texture?
Anyway nice and easy (i prefer those) effect.

Can't you use a textured/shaped brush as your eraser tool?

That looks really good, like a professional effect. (High-Quality & Image clarity/ resemblance)
Looks kind of like a McDonald's bag haha
(similar to their halftone effect style)
