Light study

Another painting done in Procreate for iPad.

I don't know what this is, but it was done primarily as a light and shading study - hence the built-in light source.

Paul,

Do you mean the lamp above the snout? Everything is done with brushes. I bought a Light Effects brush pack add-on, that has a bunch of glowing brushes. I painted a circle of glowing yellow on a new layer, than just erased the central brush stroke, and left the "glow" around it as my lighting effect. Then I added a second light brush, which is a hilight, or "glint" brush, to get that reflective light effect.
