Specific Light distortions in image from dirty lens

Ok, Last one! Same distortions as my last post. You guys did an AMAZING job on that one so I hope you don't mind taking a shot at another. Not as bad as the last one I posed but please do what you can to even it out as best as possible. As usual, please post your results in the same size and resolution as the original. Thanks!

Thanks and agreed. It can always can be improved with more time spent on the refining process but, considering this is a 'no cost' part of the forum, it's fun and
a pactise exercise in my case.
