Hi and welcome to PSG.

PSG is fundamentally a discussion forum, while we don't mind requests for free edits, we prefer to guide and instruct users on how to accomplish techniques or effects in Photoshop on their own.

There may be members here who would be willing to help you out, but this may take a while so please be patient. Please check your thread from time to time.

Just in case you would like to try this on your own it's actually very simple.

Here's the leggo font: http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/Legothick.htm
Just download the font, and install it.

This is just one way to accomplish this effect.
Create a new document.
Fill the first layer with red.

Choose your Type Tool, open your character panel, choose the LEGGO font from the font family.

Type out your entire message.
Resize the type if needed. Center the type.
(Here I'm using a different font and just the name "Morgan". You will be doing this on the entire typed message)

Double click the type layer to open a layer style.

Tick and select the Stroke option.
Increase or decrease the stroke size to your liking. I used 11 for this example.
Set the stroke color to black. Click OK when done.

Highlight the type layer and then hit cntrl/cmnd + J to duplicate the layer.
Turn the original text layer off.
Go back to the duplicated layer, make sure it's highlighted, right click and choose rasterize type, then again right click and choose rasterize layer style.

Next, create a new layer and drag it below the rasterized duplicate type layer. Leave the new layer highlighted.
Right click the thumbnail of the rasterized duplicate type layer, this will create a marching ant selection around the outer stoke of the type.

Now go to SELECT > MODIFY > EXPAND

Expand your selection by placing a value in the window, I used 9. Hit OK.

You should see this....

Now fill the selection with yellow, hit cntrl/cmnd + D to deselect......your done!

Another method which allows you to maintain the text layer, is to use a yellow outer glow and black stroke set to inside. Obviously this example is not the correct font.

Yeah Hawk, that's why I duped the original type layer, so that any changes can be made.
But I really like your suggestion, changes can be made to the type without going through the expand step.

I must admit that I had thought of this, but I can never get the edge of the outer glow to be hard enough and the color fades and needs adjustment.

Even if I run the Spread to 99 and reduce the Quality range to 1, I get strong aliasing. That's why I don't use this technique much.
Old habits die hard.
