Learn Photoshop, Illustrator on Lynda, Udemy, or Envato Course?

Has anyone here ever learned Photoshop, Illustrator on Lynda (Linkedin Learning) Envato Course or Udemy? I currently have some design trainees on the team, but I don't have much time to guide them. Which platform should I subscribe for so they can learn more on their own??
