Layer Mask Problem..

white reveals, black conceals right?

this is my problem..

- when i'm in white mask, i can't paint it with black....
- when i'm in black mask, i can paint it with white, but still i can't paint it with black...

my mask can reveal, but can't conceal...

can someone help me? did i press something that trigger the problem??
