I think you need to work on the shadow under the car, it needs to be darker imo. the opacity of that shadow almost gives the car a feeling of floating there. But I like it.. sorry I know I'm a pain in the butt.

Why does that hearse look like a hot rod some how?
Wide tires and fancy hubcaps......really now:naughty:

Ok noted on the shadow under the hearse, and ALB that's the whole point. I wanted to create a hearse like you haven't seen before.

My personal opinion is that the highlights on the car should be brighter so that it is distinct from the background. It seems to fade in and the metallic car would catch whatever ambient light there is much better than the surroundings.

Check out the light source for the primary shadow for the car and angle it that way. Look at the headstones. They project a deeper shadow and the car's should extend out some, though at a lower opacity than at the immediate edge. And iDad is right. With the light being what it is, you shouldn't see much if anything below the vehicle other than where the light goes under the back end of the car.

Hahaha..mission accomplished! You know I can't read dontcha?
Oh, and by the way, at my age I go out of my way to avoid that mode of transportation!

The primary shadow for the car is on the left where the shadows in the grave yard are to the right. So trying to work with what I got.

Speak for yourself DaddyO. This hearse just cried out to be a southern hearse, so I added a foxtail.

No son, the undertakers are old here, they couldn't get in in it to haul the departed to their final resting place. We goin to the graveyard, not swampin. LOL:bustagut:
a true southern hearse would be lifted sky high

I am making two assumptions with that statement, first that your a guy, and second that I am probably old enough to be your daddy. You may give me good information if I am wrong in my assumptions.
son? ok dad lol. Course this isn't an ordinary hearse, it's a party hearse.

Like I said son, my age is indicated , ALB68

OK son!

Here is my idea of the shadow under the hearse (plus a slight touch of highlight). The last one you did makes it look lifted off the ground especially on the tail end. So this may be a bit heavy-handed, but one thing I think is pretty sure; that baby is big enough to swallow the light. You car people can tell me otherwise.
