Large Van interior equipment for wedding photo-video postprocessing

Has anybody used or seen a Van for shooting and postprocessing photo or video right on the spot?
I imagine from a long time having some boys in a van just outside the wedding restaurant working on photo and video and even transmitting on the ballroom's monitors.

Do you have pictures or ideas for a van like that?
