I look for the languages en_EN or en_US for Photoshop CS6.

I delete them recently, but I need them.

If anybody already has them in these languages, does he can share them to the community ?

The langage folder is in the folder "Local" in your Photoshop installation.

It will be a big help for me.

Ok, just rename "tw10428.dat" to "tw10428.bak".
