KPT Equalizer Alternative

Is there another plugin that does the same thing or similar as KPT equalizer? Or maybe a way to do it in PS without a plugin?

I for one don't know what KPT equalizer is.
I don't know what it does, and you haven't explained it or posted any examples.

Maybe some details and examples might get you some replies.
