Specific Kinda big request.

Hey there.
I'm playing in a musical in Berlin (we are no professionals.)
A few months ago we shot some promotional pictures but since then we had some changes in cast and stuff.
As we don't really have the time and money to reshoot everyone we just shot the new people by ourself. And to no ones surprise - they don't look as good as the first pictures.
The first pictures were shot in black and white. all the others in color. On different days. So it is quite visible that they are not really from the same shooting.
Is anyone of you interested in helping a group of talented people? The new ones also have really shiny skin. And one of the guys isn't wearing black .
You are allowed to change the first black and white pictures too if it is necessary to get the same B&W look for every picture.

btw. we are playing Rent.

Hey, thanks for your quick help!
I really like it. In my folder on my computer you can only see a few differences. The skin of the brown haired girl is really grey whereas all of the others do have white and grey skin. But i don't know if someone actually can change that.
But can you make the blonde guys skin less shiny please?
The last two pictures look really different. I don't actually know what you can change about it. It may be the background as its not really black but the boy and the girl also appear to be a lot lighter than the rest, especially the guy.
I hope u can help me with that too!
Also there is a picture of my folder. maybe you see what i mean.
