My Plugins didnt migrate over anybody know how to take care of that

Apply a visa for them?....

I'm on 4, Dad. so not sure if this problem would be same in CS6.

But from what I've read, the plugins may not be compatible with extended. So..

Here's Adobe's guidance: (http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshooting-plug-ins-photoshop -cs6.html)
General Plug-in installation guidance

Do:

  • Check the plug-in manufacturer's website for the latest version of your plug-in
  • Use the manufacturer's plug-in installer to install their plug-ins
Don't:

  • Do not point Photoshop CS6's "Additional Plug-ins" preference (Preferences>Plug-Ins...) at a previous version of Photoshop's 'Plug-Ins' folder.
  • Do not manually drag plug-ins from a previous version of Photoshop's plug-ins folder to Photoshop CS6's 'Plug-Ins' folder

Hmmmmmm pita thanks MR. Lizad lol

if you never uninstalled earlier version then you should be able to go into the directories and copy over the plugins to the new cs6 plugin directory I had to manually do that with red giant and topaz but I think now you can download a dedicated installer for cs6

This is excellent advice. I spent an annoying week or so trying to figure out how to get all my favorite plugins to work when I 1st installed cs6. Some, you can simply copy over, but others just won't work this way and need to be installed on the new version of PS.

Pointing at the plugins directory of cs5 is a big no-no. I wanted to keep cs5 operational till I checked out cs6, so I tried pointing at the old directory. It didn't work.
