Johnny Cash Tattoo Help

Looking to get a tattoo of Johnny Cash on my arm. I have the image of what I want but no photoshop knowledge. All I need is for the background to be removed. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Great work $1r_M4x1mu$, but a tattoo artist just needs the image to work from, they would either free hand it or work from the photo using hectograph/carbon paper, to then draw around outline and any detail needed to then lay image onto arm in line form for tattooing.

Didn't really knew how tattoos art works, once i went to get a tattoo shop, but i freaked out "LOL" and ended it up giving up, i like the tattoo art a lot dough i've seen a lot of awesome designs

Specially the ones i like are those big tribal dragons they are pretty cool.

The tattoo artist will trace the original image , and then use the image as a reference. A good one should have no problem with this image.
