Aww sorry for your loss Jesse...

No matter how big or small the pet is, the love we have for them never changes. I lost my 14 year old dog a few months back so I understand.

Hugz to you Jessicayla. I just lost a 15 year old cat 2 months ago and he is still everywhere. And though he would not have loved your Jetta, in the same way you do, I like to think they're all on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge with no idea they're different species!

How old was he, Jess?

She was only about a year old. Pet rats usually only live an average of 2 to 3 years. I had to make the tough decision of putting her to sleep because of a really bad sickness that she had. She stopped eating and had a lot of trouble breathing.
