Honestly why are you at 400dpi print quality only needs to be 300 dpi.


Also unless you are using vector shapes in photoshop perhaps if you need sharp quality you should be doing it in illustrator.


Also with in design you may not get the right results on screen similar to photoshop up until cs6 vector shapes looked all Jagged on the screen but whan they are rendered out for print they print perfectly. Illustrator is designed for vector so what you see on the screen is what you get (providing your printer is high quality of course)


What is our favorite program/app? (Hint - it begins and ends with the letter P)
