Specific Isolate person - hair is dark as is background

My friend with blue shirt recently passed away and I’d like to superimpose onto something and do a tribute/memorial photo. I’d love it if he was isolated and placed over something like a sky where it said at the top “In loving memory” and at the bottom “Shahin Parsay”. Then underneath that 1981-2021. He passed in late December.

OR , since this is a relatively easy project, I would assume someone else will tackle it.

I was thinking of posting this. What do you think? I wanted a lighter more heavenly background. The others were a bit somber. I hope nobody takes offense to that as I truly appreciate your work. Thank you all again very much for your time and also the kind words.
