Is this lense flare possible in Photoshop 6.0?

Hey guys, newbie here.

I'm trying to re-create this lense flare using photoshop 6.0. I've tried the lense flare tool that is built into the software, but it doesn't give the effect I'm looking for (see attached photo).

I'm wanting the exact same flare as in the photo in the same hue.



Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

This effect is called an OPTICAL FLARE.........check YouTube for many pages of tutorials on how to accomplish this effect.
