Bob, I checked your profile and you're a member for about 2 1/2 years. I expect you to show a little more initiative and also not a post in the "New user" forum!

- use Photoshop's tools to remove the noise or use a program like NeatImage or Noise Ninja
- use photoshop's dust & scratch filter to remove the leftovers
- use clone tool, healing brush and/or copy paste to fix the background or replace the background with something like a nice garden shot
