Is my PC fit for using photoshop?

I am Jannatin and I am new on this group. Hope all you are doing great.

I am also a new user of photoshop and I am willing to gather more experience and I believe as days goes, I will get help from forum member and will become an expert.

I have a question for now. The computer I am using, has Pentium processor with 4 GB ram. So which photoshop version will be good for me?
