Is it possible to make it with photoshop?

Hi guys!
Looks like i finally found a community of photoshop designers. Actually, i'm an artist and love to use photoshop to learn more about this great software and when i'm watching some art work posted on the net..i simply wonder how people can do amazing things! For instance, i would really love to learn how to design smooth and clean design such the one i have attached in this post. (it's a printscreen. It's not mine. so credit to whoever has made that piece of design).

I don't know how to edit the messages, but in the future "reply with quote" will quote the reply for you in your response.
