Is it possible to hide the ugly backround with more grass? Help appreciated. Thanks

This is one of my favorite photos of our pug Moe-Moe. Sadly, he passed away this past June. I love this photo of him and wanted to get it framed, but I hate the ugly background above him.
I was wondering if it's possible to cover it with more grass? So that he is totally surrounded by the lawn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting teary eyed looking at his photo again. I miss him so much! He stole a piece of my heart.

GreenManiac, thank you so very much. I miss him every day. We got a new pug puppy named Boo. He in no way replaces Moe-Moe but he helps fill the great hole he left.
Keeps me very busy, so I don't have time to cry as much. I know Moe-Moe would want me to smile again.
