Working on some print ads in Photoshop. Found a great site that leads you through print ads on a step by step basis. I was hoping they were real ads explained by real pros, but I don't think so.

If anyone knows of a site like that though, please let me know.

That particular tut looked like the easiest one to start with.

The ingredients:

Blue to light blue Gradient foundation layer
Downloaded image of the iPad
White to Transparent gradient ellipses done with a Layer Mask
Downloaded Brushes for all the white swirlies
Downloaded Custom Shapes for the musical images
Duplicated and flipped images for the reflections, which were also hit with a Layer Mask using a White to Transparent gradient
Some basic PS work in there for assorted imagery like glowing spots and the like.
