Installing KaiPower Tools

I have PS CC 2015 running under windows 7 os, Iinstalled Kai Power Tools 6 in the plugins directory, I tried to open one of the filters but gives the error message :could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.I went into the programs folderin PS CC2015 I find the all the KPT files there. Could you resolve the issue please.Iam a novice.Plguide me.

I could be wrong but if looks like these plugin's were created in 1999 and I doubt that they would be compatible with Photoshop CC2015

Indeed, Corel purchased Kai in 1999.
According to the latest article I could find (see link below) the plugin works with Win XP.

I've heard of a 'Bolt-On' but I don't think even XP could utilise this!
